Her Majesty's Theatre, London
Her Majesty's Theatre is a West End theatre located in the Haymarket in Westminster, London (UK). The theatre was established by architect John Vanbrugh, in 1705 as the Queen's Theatre. The name of the theatre changes with the gender of the monarch. It first became the King's Theatre in 1714 on the accession of George I. Most recently, the theatre was known as His Majesty's Theatre from 1901 to 1952, and it became Her Majesty's on the accession of Elizabeth II.
Her Majesty's Theatre's grand exterior and luxurious interior, with its three tiers of boxes and gold statuary around the stage, made it a famous venue for performance premieres. For example, The Phantom of the Opera which opened on the 9th of October 1986 and is still there in 2009.

His Majesty's Theatre in Aberdeen, Scotland (UK) is one of Scotland's largest and most famous theatres. Sited on Rosemount Viaduct, opposite Aberdeen's Union Terrace Gardens, it was designed by Frank Matcham and opened originally in 1906.
The theatre seats around 1470 people and was reopened in September 2005 following a major £8million re-development .
